What's the name of this 90's side scroll arcade game?

I remember playing it at the local roller rink as a ute. It went from base attacks to really powerful ones. As you played, your character changed/morphed, at each power up, into a stronger and more werewolf like being. There were skeletons and tombstones on one of the first levels. I remember it was a lot of fun and was looking to revisit the game for a walk down memory lane.
