27 weeks pregnant, lost mucus plug 3 days ago now bleeding?

Hello, this is my 3rd pregnancy. My last pregnancy i went into labor at 29 weeks and my water broke right after they stopped my labor. This pregnancy is of course different so i have a question. The doctor says i have a chance of going into preterm labor with this one. I started hydroxy progesterone shots at 17 weeks but quit them because i had an allergic reaction to the shot somehow. 3 days ago i started loosing my mucus plug. TMI but it was very thick and came out when i wiped. The next day more came out and it was the same but light greenish in color (ive been tested and have no std's) and today, i wiped and a thick strand came out again but it was bloody ( light pink in color. Ive been having some mild stabbing pain in my bladder area and on my sides sometiems. Not contractions i dont think but they come and go throughout the day. Sorry for the long post, but im just wondering what i should do and if anyone has had similar experience with preterm brths. Oh, and the baby has dropped alot since last week.
