Waiting on an HIV test result. So scared. Was told I had trichomonasis now i'm terrified I have HIV.?

Told I had Trichimonosis after a 5 month relationship. I asked for other STD tests including HIV. All other STD's came back negative. Just waiting on the HIV test. Anxiety is killing me. Lost 7 pound in $ days cant eat or sleep. Am I being paranoid?
