Red bumps in the back of tongue? Is this an std or not?

I gave this guy head for my first time 10 days ago. I know it was wrong and I shouldn't have. Today I found large bumps on the back of my tongue. I think they're the color of my tongue. The inside of my mouth also has a burning feeling, and around my throat. I don't want to go to the doctor because I don't want to tell my parents what I did. The guy told me he's had sex with one other girl and they were both virgins. What do you think and what should I do?
