Pain after intercourse?

Hello, I am a 23 year old female and having a little problem lol. three days ago i had protected sex (condom) with a man a little larger down there then i am used to but not like huuuuge or anything... anyways... it was hurting so bad while we were doing it but we kept trying for like 15 minutes... after that i was in soooooooooooo much pain in my lower part my pelvis? (just above the pubic region) maybe a little higher.... i did not bleed or anything but it hurt to walk, cough or laugh...the next day it didnt hurt as bad but when it does hurt more is when i push around the area, laugh, cough... and when i need to pass gas (lol) thats when it hurts the most. Any ideas what has happened? its the 3rd day and it still hurts but not as bad as the first night. could there be air up there? or... could he have damaged something? i know its not std or anything because i have been checked before this and i always use protection...thx for reading my embarrassing story
