I have PCOS and third stage endometriosis.?

I have PCOS and third stage endometriosis. I just had surgery recently to take out a cyst and to fix the endometriosis. I have had intercourse over the past month and i normally don't have a period. Lately i have felt very bloated and tired and hot. I have also been having a thick white discharge. I have taken two pregnancy tests this week and they were both negative. I took two ovulation tests the past two weeks and they were both positive. Is it possible to be ovulating for two weeks or am i really pregnant and the test is just a false negative? or could it be something like an std?? please help this is driving me insane
