Discharge? is it smega?

i know its not nice but there is like a yellowey/whitey liquid coming from under the foreskin? it did hurt a couple of days ago but it doesnt now, although the liquids still there, i heard it could be smegma or something along those lines and it cant be an STD because i havent had sex yet as im only 15... any help appriciated.
