Could I have an STD ?

Im 12 years old , and for about 4 years now Ive had discharge but no periods . (I havent started yet) . My dad went away to prison , and I cute myself and Im very depressed . I thought masturbation would help . While babysiting I put the kid in her moms bed , and found a sex toy , I dont know what I was thinking but I went into the bathroom and tried to use it . I didnt know how to put it in , and so I just rubbed it on my clit and tried to put it in my vagina but it was to big , so it kinda went in my vagina but not much . I also have used my moms , but again .. only on my clit , and tried to stick it in my vagina but i got scarred and only put it in a little . Lately my vagina has been dry and itchy . Ive felt sick lately too . Do you think from doing this i could have an STD ? plz help. Thanks .
